Engineering
Our engineering capabilities are focused on delivering intelligent, manufacturable solutions that support successful product execution. ETCS provides product optimization, manufacturing feasibility analysis, CAE support, stamping die design, fixture design, reverse engineering, product benchmarking, and advanced 3D scanning services. Tooling
ETCS provides robust tooling solutions for a wide range of manufacturing applications, with particular strength in stamping dies and production fixtures. We manage programs with a disciplined focus on quality, cost competitiveness, and delivery performance, leveraging both domestic and global sourcing strategies where appropriate. From initial build through review, modification, and production support, our tooling team is committed to ensuring dependable performance and long-term value.
Components
Leveraging our vast best in class overseas manufacturing partners ETCS supplies precision aluminum die-cast and machined components for demanding industrial applications. Our component solutions are backed by a strong commitment to quality, consistency, and supply reliability. We work closely with customers to meet exacting specifications and production requirements while maintaining a high standard of performance across every stage of execution.
Services
